Matthias Loidold (40) is an Executive Consultant for 15 years. He was born in Essen (Germany) and is based in Duesseldorf, Germany.

In his professional career he was a one of the most successful consultants in each, a small, big (listed) and privately-held, middle-sized consulting company. Of that he enjoyed the ladder the most, where he was also a senior Executive in the comany, with report to the CEO and in charge for the Americas and parts of the German geography.

His sector expertise is focussed on Automotive & Mobility, Healthcare and Industrial & Tech. He has also consulted in other sectors, which he believes as valuable, to create leverage and learning effects. Overall he has consulted assignments in 35 countries on 5 continents.

Different to most other consultants from the Executive Search & Advisory space, Matthias has a proven track record himself in running and growing P&Ls and teams, each with focus on healthy and sustainable developments.

Beograd, that are together running the regionally leading business summit concept of InterConnect in the Western Balkans.

Matthias is native in German, and speaks also English, Dutch and Serbocroatian. He holds a BA in Social Psychology & Economics (Ruhr-University Bochum, Germany) and a MSc in Marketing Research (Radboud University Nijmegen, The Netherlands). He is also certified in several relevant tools in personality psychology inventories.
