Founded by Matthias Loidold, a seasoned Executive Consultant with a rich professional journey spanning across continents, our firm embodies a unique blend of global track record. Different to many other consulting companies in our field, we have our own track record in forming teams, growing geographies, diversifying, starting and transforming businesses.

  • If we take on a new client, this means we might not be able to serve an existing client, which we consider carefully. This is why we accept only clients from our network or by warm referral.
  • We believe in success in numbers. We have formed the company based on 200+ successful leadership appointments. Our track record is excellent compared to the industry. We measure success based on the goal achievement level of the consulted assignment.
  • We believe that excellent processes and tools are the required base for optimal outcome. Non-excellent quality is unacceptable, neither for our clients nor for us. Our processes are state-of-the-art and comply with modern standards. We are certified coaches and use only validated tools.
